1. Service Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and MockExperts, Inc. ("MockExperts", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering for, accessing, or utilizing our technical interview preparation dashboard, coding assessment engines, or CV optimization systems, you accept and agree to all provisions detailed herein. If you do not consent to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our platform services.

2. User Account Responsibilities

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, up-to-date registration credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your access token and authentication data. Any activities initiated under your profile are deemed your responsibility.

• You agree to use our services exclusively for lawful, professional preparation or recruiting loops.
• You are prohibited from copying, distributing, or scraping coding question banks or behavioral scripts without written consent from MockExperts, Inc.
• You agree to prevent bot-sharing or credential transfer mechanisms designed to bypass scan caps.

3. Subscription Plans, Credits & Caps

MockExperts, Inc. offers diverse B2C and B2B plans tailored to candidate practice and corporate assessment needs. All prices are calculated globally in USD ($) and do not include regional taxes unless stated:

4. Cancellation & Auto-Billing

Subscription plans (Explorer, Resume Copilot, and Boutique) feature auto-recurring billing cycles. You can cancel your subscription at any time. When a cancellation is initiated, the subscription status is marked as pending cancellation, allowing you to access premium services until the current billing cycle ends. Auto-renewals and billing attempts stop immediately for subsequent months. MockExperts, Inc. does not issue partial refunds or prorated credits for the current billing cycle once paid.

5. Payment Processing & Resellers

MockExperts, Inc. does not directly capture, process, or store credit card details. Payments are processed securely via our integration with Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant global processor. All transactions are processed globally in United States Dollars (USD, $).

6. Trademark & Affiliation Disclaimer

MockExperts, Inc. is an independent platform. All corporate names, software frameworks, and trademarks (including Google, Meta, Netflix, Amazon, and Microsoft) referenced across our workspace are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders. Mention of these trademarks does not represent affiliation, endorsement, or licensing agreements with these parties. They are referenced solely to describe standard tech company evaluation formats.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service, and any disputes arising from your use of the platform, shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal proceedings must be initiated in courts located in Delaware.
