1. Digital Services Delivery Policy
MockExperts, Inc. develops web-based proctored sandboxes, mock interviews, and AI resume analytics pipelines. We do not dispatch any physical items (such as books, test packets, or storage media) to your home address. All transaction purchases are fulfilled exclusively via digital provisioning onto your logged-in candidate or organization account.
2. Activation Timelines
Upon verified clearance of your payment via Stripe, account assets are provisioned inside the database instantly:
- Mock Credits: Automatically allocated to your profile balance immediately following checkout success.
- Resume Copilot: Access flags are modified on the fly, unlocking standard and advanced resume scans on the developer dashboard.
- Email Receipts: Stripe routes payment transaction receipts directly to your designated email account within 5 minutes.
3. Access Troubleshooting
If your mock credit quota or B2B Boutique assessment portal limits fail to refresh within 10 minutes of completing your Stripe transaction, please check your network connection, log out and back in to force credentials token renewal, or contact our support team.
