Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At MockExperts, Inc., we strive to build premium developer preparation tools. If you are not satisfied with our paid services, you may request a full refund of your initial subscription fee within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have consumed less than 2 AI mock interview credits under your active plan.

2. Credit Validity Periods

All purchased credits, assessments, and access scopes must be consumed within the specific validity period designated by your Stripe subscription or one-time pack (e.g. 14 days for Lite Pack, 30 days for Explorer plans). Unused credits do not roll over to subsequent cycles once subscription cancellation becomes active.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following transactions are strictly non-refundable:

• Refund requests submitted after 14 calendar days from the date of payment.
• Paid accounts that have already consumed 2 or more AI interview credits.
• Recurring monthly subscription fees where cancellation was not requested prior to the renewal date.
• Customized B2B pilot assessments and high-volume candidate screening packages.

4. Exceptions & Billing Errors

In case of documented billing failures (such as double charging for the same renewal cycle due to latency) or a verified platform outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours preventing user access, MockExperts, Inc. will issue a corrective credit or refund immediately upon notice.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow this process:

1. Send an electronic request to our legal support desk at support@mockexperts.com.
2. Include your Stripe invoice transaction ID, registered account email, and reason for the refund request.
3. Our billing review board will evaluate the consumption log within 3-5 business days.
4. Upon validation, Stripe will issue the refund transaction. Monies usually credit to your original payment card within 5-10 bank processing days.
