• Identity & Account Credentials: Full name, profile image, and email address acquired through Google/GitHub single sign-on (OAuth).
• Interview Transcripts & Submissions: Real-time audio recordings (exclusively parsed for speech-to-text transcriptions), coding submissions, system design diagrams, and behavioral prep history.
• ATS & Resume Data: Core skills, job histories, and roles extracted from parsed resumes uploaded for optimization checks.
• Anti-Cheat Proctoring Signals: Browser tab focus counts, copy-paste block registers, and active time-log indicators during B2B assessments.

2. How We Use Your Data

All data collected by MockExperts, Inc. is utilized strictly to provide high-fidelity feedback and secure assessment loops. We do not rent, trade, or sell personal developer data or candidate score sheets to third-party brokers. Data usage includes:

• Generating proctored interview verdicts, Weak Point lists, and expected trap question script solutions.
• Compiling B2B dashboard reports, skills matrices, and applicant rankings for employer accounts.
• Refactoring resume bullets and calibrating interview match ratings.

3. Payment Details & Security

Credit card operations and subscription recurring billing events are handled securely via Stripe. MockExperts, Inc. does not capture, read, or cache credit card account numbers, expiration dates, or CVV security codes on our platform databases. Stripe maintains compliance audits under PCI-DSS specifications.

4. Data Protection & Security Procedures

We employ standard industry security controls, including TLS encryption protocols for data in transit and AES encryption schemes for database columns at rest. While we restrict internal access to candidate video scorecards, no system is perfectly secure. We advise users to exclude personal contact details or sensitive addresses from CV uploads where possible.

5. Cookies & Local Analytics

We use secure functional cookies and local storage tokens to preserve session states (e.g. current candidate active tab, user theme states, and authentication flags). Standard analytical packages are run internally to identify platform bugs and page loading delays.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

As a registered corporation under US corporate guidelines, the processing of user data by MockExperts, Inc. is subject to the corporate laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, and federal laws of the United States.
